Addendum 3: Floor Plans
Includes floor plans for both floors of
building 110 for your reference. These floor
plans are illustrative of the floor plans of
the buildings after renovation work is
complete. For the purposes of your proposal,
please use these plans. The plans are for
planning and schematic design purposes ONLY,
and should be treated as such.
Please note that restroom placements are
still in design, but columns, windows, and
exterior doorways will remain as is. All
spaces labeled as GIPEC space should be
considered as outside of the permitted area.
As final plans for the building are still in
the design phase, you should feel free to
expand/alter the interior layout of the
space provided you are able to accommodate
the same spaces for GIPEC, restrooms,
service, etc.

in the RFP, as well as questions asked
during the July 30th Site Visit and those
