UPDATE: Open House New York on Governors Island

Governors Island will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm during Open House NY.

Ferries will depart every hour on the hour from 10 am to 2 pm. (Please note, Governors Island is increasing the number of ferries and increasing the capacity of each ferry from 125 to 250 persons for this weekend only)

National Park Service rangers and volunteers will provide tours and programs throughout the day. Visitors can also take a self-guided tour of the National Historic Landmark District. Select buildings throughout the district will be open for visitors to tour, including the Admiral’s Quarters and Pershing Hall. Bring a picnic.
