Governors Island RFEI Pre-Submission Tour Schedule:
GIPEC will host three networking events on Governors Island for potential respondents to the Governors Island RFEI.

These meetings will include a tour of the Island, as well as a Question and Answer session with Governors Island staff followed by networking opportunity to talk with other potential respondents as well as representatives of GIPEC, the National Park Service and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Reservations are required for these events. Please indicate the name of the attendee(s), the organization and the date and time of the tour you are requesting.

Networking Session 2 Tuesday, May 17, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Networking Session 3 Thursday, May 26, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Potential respondents may also request the opportunity to tour Governors Island during normal business hours – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday through Friday beginning Monday, April 25. Requests for individual tours can be made by email at rfei-gipec@empire.state.ny.us or by phone at 212.440.2202. Please note: Availability for these tours is extremely limited, and we may not be able to accommodate your schedule. We encourage all potential respondents to attend one of the two networking sessions listed.

To register for a pre-submission conference, you can call 212.440.2202 or email your request to rfei-gipec@empire.state.ny.us. Please include your name, organization, contact information (phone number and/or email address) and the date of the conference you would like to attend. You will be contacted prior to the conference date with a confirmation for your participation.
