Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (“the Trust”) invites qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to submit proposals to provide outside legal-counsel services in the area of Labor & Employment Counsel, including other ancillary and related matters, as described in more detail below (the “Services”).

The Services include any labor & employment legal counsel required by the Trust on an as-needed basis, with a particular focus on collective bargaining and other labor-related matters relevant to the Trust’s union workforce.

Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (“the Trust”) invites wireless data network service providers (each, a “Proposer”) to submit proposals to provide and manage wireless internet services and equipment, network distribution, and network access throughout Governors Island, at the Governors Island ferry terminal located in the Battery Maritime Building in Manhattan, and on board the Trust’s two ferry vessels.
