Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (“the Trust”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide full-service pre-construction and construction management services for the demolition and redevelopment of both Yankee Pier and Lima Pier (the "Project”) as described in the design documents prepared by the marine engineer of record, Indigo River Architecture and Engineering, D.P.C. (the “Design Team”). Design documents will be issued as an addendum to this RFP, with a link to download all documents. The Trust is structuring the Construction Management engagement in two (2) phases:

  • Phase 1 – Preconstruction Services (Lump Sum Fee)
  • Phase 2 (Upon Authorization of the Trust) – Construction Services (Lump Sum General Conditions, Construction Management Fee Percentage, Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bond)

Request for Proposals: Financial Audit and Related Services

Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (the “Trust”) invites independent certified accounting firms (each, a “Proposer”) to submit proposals to provide audit and accounting services, including reporting on the Trust’s annual financial statements, preparing tax returns, and completing other related services or projects as may be identified by the Trust.
