Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (“the Trust”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide full architectural design services for the next phase of improvements at the Nolan Park Arts Campus (the "Project”). The Project will focus on the renovation and adaptive reuse of five existing historic buildings along Evans Road, as well as landscape and circulation enhancements. The design phase of the project is anticipated to span approximately one year, with commencement expected in Fall 2026. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2027 and is currently projected to have an overall duration of approximately two years.
