FAQs
Have more questions before arriving? Read through these FAQs, or check out our Rules and Regulations.
We recommend that all visitors, including those who are eligible for a free fare, reserve tickets in advance through the ticket reservation system.
The departure time on your ticket is the ferry time where your spot is reserved. If you want to leave before or after that time, you will need to enter the standby line, as spots on other ferries will be first-come, first-served.
Tickets can be scanned directly from your smart phone. However, if you prefer to print the tickets and bring them with you, the paper copy is acceptable for scanning as well.
Visitors are not guaranteed a spot on any ferry that is earlier or later than the departure time listed on their ticket. If you arrive earlier than your departure time or have missed your designated departure time, available spots on other ferries will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please proceed to the standby line and our staff will do our best to get you on board if space is available.
We are unable to process refunds for any ticket reservation.
