The annual City of Water Day Festival is happening tomorrow! We are so excited for sailing lessons, fishing, harbor tours, and so much more! There are many ways to get to the Island this Saturday, and if you’re looking to take the free ferry from Hoboken, please don’t forget to make reservations!. And if you plan to come by another means of transportation (kayak, boat, canoe…) please make sure you know the rules. Check out a list of the activities for the City of Water Day. We will also have Brooklyn Ferry service for the event (running every 20 minutes out of the Fulton Street Ferry Terminal). Manhattan Service will run every 30 minutes. We have tons of food vendors coming out serving foods like Jamaican vegetarian, falafel, arepas, dosa, baked goods and ice cream. So come out this Saturday to celebrate our City of Water. Learn about the harbor, check out some historic boats, have fun with raffles, face painting, a bouncy house, relay races, arts and crafts, a scavenger hunt and guided walking tours. Can’t wait to see you out here!
