The Oscars were a snore, but we’ve still got the Crimson Hammocks to look forward to. This last category is a catch-all that allows the awards committee to express its appreciation for all of the average joe picnikers, pirates and zombies who make take advantage of the freedom and playfulness of Governors Island and make it their own. Who’s the winner here? Zombies Attack Zombies attacked the Jazz Age Lawn Party last year, and one quick thinking Jazz Ager was there to document the mayhem.
