This week, The Trust for Governors Island’s Leslie Koch is leading a virtual conversation about this topic as a part of the Philip Johnson Glass House’s Glass House Conversations” series. We would like to invite all of you to post your thoughts on Leslie’s question.

What role do public spaces that double as Historic landmarks play in gathering, recreation and culture in a city? What new forms of collaboration, programming, and online connections can be (or already have been) developed for bringing people together in public spaces?”

Join the conversation and tell us what you think about Governors Island or other public space’s role in arts and culture.
