Pig Island Returns!

Last year’s Pig Island was a great success and the food and fun are returning this year on September 10. This Saturday from 11:30 to 5, head out to Colonels Row for Pig Island II to try incredible pork dishes prepared by some of the City’s best chefs.
Pig Island II will source 80 hogs from NY farmers, prepared by chefs including Heather Carlucci-Rodrigues (Print), Mary Cleaver (Cleaver & Co.), Jacques Gautier (Palo Santo) and King Phojankong (Kuma Inn and Umi Nom). This farm/food collaboration will be complemented by specialty craft beer and NY wine, cooking demonstrations, and opportunities to see the best of New York in action.
