#TBT to when he Man­hat­tan sky­line looked a bit dif­fer­ent! This week in his­to­ry, May­or LaGuardia and guest, Cuban gen­er­al Ful­gen­cio Batista were received on Gov­er­nors Island on Novem­ber 15, 1938, by the troops lined up at attention.
