On Sun­day, vis­i­tors can sam­ple some of the best grilling in New York City at Cook Out NYC where some of the City’s great chefs will be grilling up meats from local pur­vey­ors. Tick­ets can be pur­chased in advance or on the Island — don’t miss this chance to sam­ple some great cook­ing from out­stand­ing chefs.

After you’ve had your fill on Colonels Row, head over to Per­sh­ing Hall where the Long Island Writ­ers’ Guild will return to Gov­er­nors Island with an after­noon of read­ings. Guild mem­bers and vis­i­tors are invit­ed to share orig­i­nal works from 1:30 – 4:30 PM.
