Volkswagen Traffic Jam Returns to the Island

[/caption] Governors Island is usually car-free, but won’t be tomorrow! The Volkswagen Traffic Jam comes to Picnic Point with dozens of Beetles, buses, dune buggies, Things, and other original and custom VDubs circa the 1950’s through the late 1970’s. The event is a spectator judged vintage car show, so you can come out and choose your own favorite! There will lots of food, drink and music, and there will also be a “Kid Zone” featuring a Punch Buggy scavenger hunt. There will also be a raffle for a vintage bike. Don’t miss this unique event and a fantastic afternoon of fun and cars at Picnic Point.
