Assemble Your Alien: Collage Workshop

Join artist Yooyeon Nam for Assem­ble Your Alien, a hands-on col­lage and paint­ing work­shop inspired by her orig­i­nal oil paint­ings. Par­tic­i­pants will cre­ate unique char­ac­ters using print­ed ele­ments from Yooyeon’s art­work and paint cus­tom back­grounds to bring them to life. Through col­lage, paint­ing, and sto­ry­telling, par­tic­i­pants will explore themes of iden­ti­ty, belong­ing, resilience, and imag­i­na­tion. Open to all ages and skill lev­els. No pri­or art expe­ri­ence is need­ed, and all mate­ri­als will be pro­vid­ed. Par­tic­i­pants will leave with a one-of-a-kind artwork.
