"Beach Birds" Screening + Director Q&A

Beach Birds (2024; 14:59 min, HD, Col­or, Sound)

After a car acci­dent leaves a woman with per­ma­nent dou­ble vision, she embarks on a heal­ing jour­ney that trans­forms how she sees the world. Inspired by Mer­ce Cun­ning­ham’s ​“Beach Birds”, the film blends exper­i­men­tal imagery, dance, music, and rit­u­al to explore per­cep­tion, heal­ing, and con­nec­tion with nature.
