Chamber Music: Wreathed in Blossom

Glass Clouds Ensem­ble presents Wreathed in Blos­som, a con­cert of cham­ber music for sopra­no and string quar­tet on themes of nature and envi­ron­ment. Free event, dona­tion optional.

Fea­tur­ing a world pre­mière by com­pos­er-in-res­i­dence Iván Rodríguez in col­lab­o­ra­tion with poets from the Cli­mate Writ­ers Col­lec­tive. Oth­er cham­ber music includes works by Car­o­line Shaw, Kai­ja Saari­a­ho. Alber­to Ginastera, Philip Glass, and Beethoven.​Stay after the con­cert for light refresh­ments and explore the exhibits on dis­play at the Glass Clouds House.
