Save the date for Earth Day 2026 on Gov­er­nors Island! Fea­tur­ing free activ­i­ties for all ages, includ­ing eco­log­i­cal stew­ard­ship, walk­ing tours, an out­door sound bath, cli­mate tech demos, food trucks, com­mu­ni­ty sci­ence, and more to be announced. 

Earth Day part­ners include Arbon, BikeNYC, Car­bon­Clair, Cir­cu­lar Econ­o­my Man­u­fac­tur­ing, CLIP, CO Adap­tive, DuYe Moves, Earth Mat­ter NY, Empire Clean Cities, the Insti­tute for Pub­lic Archi­tec­ture, Just EcoC­i­ties, Low­er Man­hat­tan Cul­tur­al Coun­cil (LMCC), The New York Cli­mate Exchange, NYC Bird Alliance, Pub­lic Hous­ing Com­mu­ni­ty Fund, Red Hook Art Project, RETI Cen­ter, Sea­weed City, and more.
