"Forest Resonance" Outdoor Sculpture Unveiling Ceremony and Music

Join Tai­wanese Amer­i­can Arts Coun­cil (TAAC) for the unveil­ing of For­est Res­o­nance, a mon­u­men­tal oak wood sculp­ture cre­at­ed by artist Chih-Hui Chuang. Craft­ed from a fall­en oak tree and giv­en new life through art, the sculp­ture reflects themes of renew­al, resilience, and har­mo­ny with nature. The cer­e­mo­ny will be accom­pa­nied by a brief cel­lo pre­sen­ta­tion by musi­cian Yon­na Lee.

Expe­ri­ence Tai­wanese cul­ture, con­tem­po­rary art, music, and the beau­ty of Gov­er­nors Island with TAAC. This event is free and open to the public.

Tai­wanese Amer­i­can Arts Coun­cil is one of the 2026 Gov­er­nors Island Arts Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence.
