Join NYC Audubon for a spooky and birdy H‑OWL-oween Cos­tume Con­test! Arrive in your fun­ni­est, birdi­est, creepi­est, or DIY-est cos­tumes for a chance to win prizes. Cat­e­gories include Most Comedic, Best Bird, Most Cre­ative, and Scari­est. Audi­ence par­tic­i­pa­tion will deter­mine the win­ners. No reg­is­tra­tion required.
