Hot for Fire Cider

Home fer­men­ta­tion? Yes, please! At this work­shop, host­ed by Earth Mat­ter NY, par­tic­i­pants will com­bine ​“hot” ingre­di­ents (gin­ger, pep­pers, horse­rad­ish) with apple cider vine­gar and raw hon­ey to make Fire Cider: a health­ful herbal ton­ic with mul­ti­ple ben­e­fi­cial prop­er­ties. You’ll be intro­duced to some of nature’s finest (and some­times sur­pris­ing) drink­able ingre­di­ents and con­coct your own mason jar full of Fire Cider to help beat the win­ter blues. A veg­an method will also be demon­strat­ed. Please bring your own mason jar!
