[In]Convenient [Short]Cuts fea­tures Vir­ginia Ariu, Alek­san­dar Osto­jić in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Alek­san­dra Aran­i­tović, Amela Rasi, and Ger­ta Xhafer­aj, curat­ed by Data Chigh­o­lashvili. Traces cre­at­ed by some­one, images and ideas that feel famil­iar yet eerie, retic­u­la­tions emerg­ing while search­ing for con­ve­nience or – the artists approach these top­ics dif­fer­ent­ly, while fol­low­ing var­i­ous paths and cuts. Fea­tured works deal with issues such as bar­ri­ers and com­fort, oscil­lat­ing between per­son­al and col­lec­tive per­spec­tives, crit­i­cal­ly engag­ing with spe­cif­ic loca­tions, moments, and archives.

Res­i­den­cy Unlim­it­ed is one of the 2025 Gov­er­nors Island Arts Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence.
