Open Studios - Arts Center Residency

Open Stu­dios offers a glimpse into the cre­ative process and artis­tic devel­op­ment of LMCC’s Arts Cen­ter Artists-in-Res­i­dence. Mem­bers of the pub­lic are invit­ed into the stu­dios of 19 mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary artists to learn about their prac­tices and expe­ri­ence a wide range of artis­tic works in progress. This year’s cohort explores cli­mate jus­tice, stew­ard­ship, and urban ecol­o­gy through paint­ing, the­ater, VR, envi­ron­men­tal sci­ence, and more. Guests will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to con­verse with artists in their stu­dios and expe­ri­ence live per­for­mances and more time-based activations.
