Treat your­self to a run­ning tour around Gov­er­nors Island, and we’ll treat you to a well-deserved post-run ice cream (or ice pop, for those who so choose). Talk about a per­fect sum­mer day! Join us for the 5^th Annu­al Man­hat­tan Ice Cream Social 10K and you’ll get a USATF-cer­ti­fied course with flu­id sta­tions and med­ical sup­port, fer­ry rides to and from the island for you and your guests, an offi­cial race shirt, and some great post-race eats (includ­ing the afore­men­tioned icy treat!).
