NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K

Take a whirl­wind tour of Gov­er­nors with amaz­ing views! NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K kicks off their year­ly cal­en­dar on Gov­er­nors Island for the third year in a row. Shake off that win­ter rust and join this fun time in New York City’s favorite off­shore run­ning venue. 

• Bag check will be pro­vid­ed. If you plan on check­ing a bag, you must use the sin­gle clear bag pro­vid­ed by NYCRUNS. You may not put anoth­er full bag/​backpack/​briefcase inside the clear bag. All items must fit inside the clear bag. NYCRUNS reserves the right to search your bag at any time.
• Portable restrooms will be avail­able for use through­out the event.
• Water will be avail­able on the course and at the fin­ish. Bagels, cream cheese and fresh fruit will make up the usu­al great NYCRUNS post race spread to replen­ish you at the fin­ish line.
• The give­away for this race will be a tech shirt.
