SCENES OF BECOMING: Opening & Artist Talk

SCENES OF BECOMING is a multimedia exhibition where drawings and collages unfold as scenes from an unwritten film, exploring memory, migration, identity, courage, and new beginnings.

Join Filmshop for an artist talk with Huey-Min Chuang in conversation with Alan Jinich, multimedia documentarian and facilitator from award-winning Storycorps. Featuring Chuang’s original song Now or Never. What if this is the moment? What if this is the time?

Filmshop is one of the 2026 Governors Island Arts Organizations in Residence.
