Sculpture Workshop

This work­shop invites par­tic­i­pants to explore sculp­ture through plas­ter and mixed media tech­niques. Work­ing with touch, tex­ture, and mate­r­i­al trans­for­ma­tion, par­tic­i­pants will cre­ate forms inspired by per­son­al mem­o­ries, every­day expe­ri­ences, and bod­i­ly per­cep­tion. Through cast­ing, lay­er­ing, and exper­i­men­ta­tion with dif­fer­ent mate­ri­als, par­tic­i­pants will devel­op sculp­tur­al objects that hold traces of ges­tures, time, and indi­vid­ual sto­ries. No pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence is required. 

This work­shop is lim­it­ed to 10 par­tic­i­pants. Advance reg­is­tra­tion is required.
