Sound Bath Sunday

This sum­mer, move a lit­tle and unfurl a lot with Sound Bath Sun­days — a bliss­ful fusion of QiGong and sound heal­ing in the tran­quil Duye Moves’ house. Every third Sun­day at 12pm, join for an after­noon where gen­tle move­ment meets immer­sive son­ic ther­a­py, designed to dis­solve stress, soft­en stored ten­sion, and guide the mind into deep still­ness. This expe­ri­ence meets par­tic­i­pants where they are — whether seek­ing relief from anx­i­ety, a moment of mind­ful reprieve, or a sacred space to breathe deeply.

Doors at noon, ses­sion begins at 1pm. Par­tic­i­pants should plan to bring a mat, blan­ket, cozy lay­ers, eye masks, and an open heart.
