Brook­lyn Beat Mak­er Cryp­tic One curates a day par­ty vibe with DuYe Moves, inspired by his short doc­u­men­tary BEAT­sTABLE.

Take a son­ic dive into the Brook­lyn Beat Scene through the per­son­al and artis­tic jour­neys of under­ground pro­duc­ers, reveal­ing how music becomes a tool for heal­ing, con­nec­tion, and transformation. 

Ian Gold­berg (Cryp­tic One) is a hip-hop music pro­duc­er, instru­men­tal­ist, and rap­per with a deep pas­sion for the art of beat­mak­ing. His work focus­es on high­light­ing instru­men­tal pro­duc­ers as artists in their own right, with­out the need for vocal­ists to take cen­ter stage.

DuYe Moves is one of the 2025 Gov­er­nors Island Arts Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence.
