Join this year’s Organizations in Residence every THIRD Saturday from May-October for special indoor and outdoor activities and public programs. All events are free and open to all. July’s THIRD Saturday will include a free open rehearsal and workshop with Fogo Azul!

Nolan Park
- 10am-3pm: Data by Design: Artistic Visions of Water Quality Billion Oyster Project
- 11 – 12:45am: Open Rehearsal with Fogo Azul Governors Island Arts
- 11am-4pm: THIRD Saturday Workshop — Pinwheel Artmaking Staten Island Urban Center
- 1 – 2pm: Drumming workshop with Fogo Azul Governors Island Arts
- 2:30 – 4pm: Nomadic Keyboard by Kathleen Supové Harvestworks
- 2 – 5pm: Island Sunrise (exhibition, curator tour, and artist talk) Taiwanese American Arts Council

These THIRD Saturdays events are all in addition to the myriad regularly scheduled programming from the Governors Island Arts Organizations in Residence, a group of more than two dozen arts, cultural, educational, and environmental nonprofits from throughout the five borough that present free exhibits and activities in the historic houses of Nolan Park and Colonels Row every year.
Visit each house weekends through October for weekly events and activations like film screenings, exhibitions, performances, interactive workshops, artist talks, open studios, and so much more. Click here to meet the cohort.
