Umbilical Walk + Climate Cafe

Moth­er artists Jan­u­ary Yoon Cho (inter­dis­ci­pli­nary visu­al artist) and Georgina Bates (move­ment artist) col­lab­o­rate on a move­ment rit­u­al exam­in­ing inter­con­nec­tion between Moth­er Nature and a life cycle of a liv­ing force. This will be a col­lab­o­ra­tion with Cli­mate Café NYC to process the many emo­tions asso­ci­at­ed with the cli­mate cri­sis and our con­nec­tion to the earth.

Cli­mate Imag­i­nar­i­um is one of the 2026 Gov­er­nors Island Arts Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence.
