What Remains: The Art of Entropy
New Women New Yorkers
Daily, starting from Jun 27, 2026, until Jun 28, 2026
Colonels Row - Colonels Row - Building 410A
What Remains is an immersive exhibition by Entropy that explores inheritance, identity, resilience, and transformation through painting, sculpture, and found objects. Spread across two historic rooms, the installation invites visitors into a symbolic landscape of ravens, fractured mirrors, spores, butterflies, and relics of memory. Drawing on fairytales, mythology, motherhood, and personal narratives, the work reflects on what survives after loss and change, and how new possibilities emerge through healing and renewal.
New Women New Yorkers is one of the 2026 Governors Island Arts Organizations in Residence.
