DuYe Moves will present a variety of dynamic cultural drum and dance classes, arts & crafts workshops for all ages, and intimate porch and living room concerts. Featured classes include traditional African, Samba and yoga with live drumming, Hula, Afro Dance, Qigong and Tai Chi.
This year’s theme is Beloved Community, Roots Deep. Additional programming includes Sound Bath Sundays, visual art exhibitions, and works in progress by writers, choreographers, and theatre artists. Their residency is a love letter to NYC — a sanctuary for art and connection where artists and the public flourish together.
