Gov­er­nors Island offers 7 miles of car free bik­ing with incred­i­ble views! 

Locat­ed just a short walk from both fer­ry land­ings and open every day start­ing at 9am, Blaz­ing Sad­dles is a great way to have fun and explore every­thing the Island has to offer. Their fleet of 1,000 bikes has some­thing for every­one, includ­ing kids’ equip­ment, ped­al cars, and sur­reys for 2 – 6 rid­ers. Reser­va­tions are not nec­es­sary, and their staff will help you get going on a great ride. Blaz­ing Sad­dles also offers Free Bike Morn­ings, a one-hour free cruis­er bike rental between 9am-12pm on week­days (exclud­ing hol­i­days).
