National Park Service, Governors Island National Monument:
Park Ranger (full-time, permanent)
The National Park Service is hiring Park Ranger positions at Manhattan sites, including the Governors Island National Monument. These positions are located in Manhattan Sites, in one of the nine individually legislated units. The work involves presenting a complete and highly varied suite of structured programs (e.g., talks, tours, presentations, etc.) and providing related services to visitors.

Visitor Services Associate
The Friends of Governors Island seeks a seasonal part-time Visitor Services Associate to join Governors Island’s growing visitor experience team. S/he/they will be responsible for providing excellent orientation and information services to all visitors and performing inventory-related administrative tasks.
Corporate Events Associate
The Friends of Governors Island seeks a seasonal full-time Corporate Events Associate to assist with planning and coordination of corporate events on Governors Island. This position will begin in May and conclude in November.
