Nolan Park - Nolan Park - Lawn

Pump­kin Point, Gov­er­nors Island’s annu­al pump­kin patch and fall fes­ti­val, returns to Nolan Park for 2024! Vis­i­tors are invit­ed to pick out their own pump­kins (free with sug­gest­ed dona­tion) Octo­ber 26 & 27, 2024, from 10am to 5pm. Please lim­it pump­kins to one per per­son per house­hold, and plan to bring your own tote bag/​reusable bag to hold your pumpkins.

Cos­tumes are high­ly encour­aged, with trick-or-treat­ing at Nolan Park’s his­toric hous­es on both days (as sup­plies last). Gov­er­nors Island food ven­dors, includ­ing Lit­tle Eva’s, Gov­er­nors Beer Co., Fauzi­a’s Heav­en­ly Delights, Piz­za Yard, Rosie’s Empanadas, Mak­i­na Café, Kim­chi Taco Truck, Brigs Ice Cream & Sweet Shop, Deploy Cof­fee, and Grey’s Donuts will be on-site with fall-themed food and drink avail­able for purchase. 

Pump­kin Point is rain or shine. Please be advised, a large num­ber of vis­i­tors is expect­ed for Pump­kin Point, so please leave extra time to board and ride the fer­ry – we rec­om­mend arriv­ing at least 20 min­utes before your sched­uled depar­ture. The Trust for Gov­er­nors Island will oper­ate spe­cial event fer­ries from Red Hook/​Atlantic Basin and Brook­lyn Bridge Park/​Pier 6 on Octo­ber 26 & 27, 2024, to accom­mo­date antic­i­pat­ed heavy vis­i­tor­ship.
